What NestIQ provides

NestIQ matches Ontario tenancy questions to curated scenarios and prepares educational drafts: source links, deadline calculations when facts are sufficient, evidence checklists, form guidance and letter templates. It does not act as a lawyer or paralegal, determine a tribunal outcome, certify a notice, file a form, serve a notice or send a letter for you.

Check before relying on a result

The rule and legal-content review is incomplete. A calculated date depends on the facts entered and the draft rule in use; missing facts cannot be replaced by a guess. Use the official source and seek qualified help for an urgent, contested or uncertain matter.

Payments and access

Public checkout is off. Displayed prices are proposals, not an offer to charge. No draft here promises a completed payment, account entitlement or commercial launch. Refund, cancellation and paid-bundle terms need founder approval before any charge.

Your information and exports

Keep private details out of submitted questions. Review every exported draft before using it and decide how to store or share it. The privacy draft describes the source-controlled data boundaries and the decisions still open.

When software should stop

If you face an imminent lockout, a hearing or a deadline you cannot establish, go to an official source or a qualified professional. NestIQ does not replace that help.
